The atmosphere was super lovely and the place is nicely renovated. Located directly in the old town, I could easily walk to most spots. The staff were very friendly, which made my stay even better. Hot water was always available for showers, and it was pretty quiet at night.

Amfores Boutique Guest House had a fantastic vibe! Super central location made exploring easy. The staff were really accommodating. Had some issues with the bed stability and noise from outside, but it didn’t ruin my stay. Overall, a solid spot to rest in Barcelona!

I loved the quirky decor and spacious shower in my room. The rooftop terrace offered amazing views. Plus, it was super close to great bars and cafes in the Gothic quarter. The ambiance was vibrant, making our stay even more enjoyable! 😊

Walking to the hotel requires navigating through narrow streets after a taxi drop-off!!! The AC out of operation and having to leave windows open was inconvenient. Poor sound insulation made every shower upstairs sound like a thunderstorm!!!

I faced numerous issues with the app-based door lock, which was frustrating and made it difficult to get in. Additionally, the lack of soundproofing really affected my sleep. I could hear every noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. To top it off, the air conditioning wasn't functioning properly, leaving my room uncomfortably warm.

However, the check-in process was frustrating due to a complicated lock system. after multiple calls without a response, a fellow guest had to help us get inside. The room I stayed in was quite dark and smaller than expected, despite requesting a higher floor. Overall, a charming spot with some significant operational flaws needing attention.

The location was perfect, lots of local attractions near by, I strolled to the cathedral and it felt safe. Amelia, the staff member, was a star, she helped me with local tips and made me feel at home.
